The Castle belonged to Duke Philippe-Le-Hardi (1342-1404), son of the King of France
Jean-Le-Bon. The wine estate consists of 90 hectares of vineyards where the noble
Burgundian grape varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are grown. The wines are aged in
the purest of Burgundian tradition in the castle cellars.
