Jean-Marc Brocard is properly recognized as an expert of the terroir of Chablis. Since
its inception in 1973, the house has been driven by a philosophy that respect for the
lane remains the foundation for both the wines and ethics. This is why the house
always uses ecological principles, restricting human intervention in nature, thus revealing the authentic traits of the Chablis terroir. This results in wines that are open, pure and mineral; wines that invite you to share in the mysteries of the earth.
Tasting Notes
This wine offers aromas of sea breeze, lemon and white fruits on the nose. Citrus fruit, stone fruit and saline character mark the racy, brisk palate with a chalky lifted finish.
