Hand harvested bunch by bunch, wild yeast fermentation and aged for 9 - 12 months in French and American oak with an additional ageing of 6 months in bottle.
Deep ruby red colored wine with aromas of red and black berries confiture combined with licorice, clove and roasted nut aromas. It shows full-bodied, balanced and smooth with long finish.
We recommend to pair it with flavor rich recipes and dishes like slow cooked stews, roast beef or baked lamb. We advise to decant the wine and serve it at 14 degree.
